Experience the perfect stay at our newly refurbished 1 bedroom basement apartment situated in the affluent area of Whetstone, North London. Fully furnished to a very good standard with everything our guests require for the most luxury and comforting stay. Our soul purpose is to make our property give you that home from home feel in a very cosy environment.
Location
A 7-10 minute bus ride away from either Arnos Grove Tube Station (Piccadilly Line) or Totteridge & Whetstone Tube Station (Northern Line) and a total journey time of between 30-40 minutes into Central London. The bus stop is located right outside the apartment.
Apartment Layout
Bedroom - The bedroom consists of a brand new King Size bed, bed side table, dressing table and built in wardrobes all matching the modern grey colour theme we have decided to go for. All pillows, mattresses and bed sheets are brand new and of a very high standard to make your sleep is as comfortable as possible.
Living/ Dining & Kitchen Area - The living/ dining, and kitchen area is an open plan nice sized room with everything you require. The sofa can be folded out into a nice sized bed for an additional guest to sleep on, with extra an mattress topper, bed sheets and pillows available on request. There is also a dining table which seats up to 4 people. The apartment can sleep up to a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. 42 inch flat screen TV with all television channels and Netflix provided for the ultimate comfort for nights in. WiFi is also installed in the property. The colour contrast continues in this room with a modern grey feel. The kitchen also comes fully furnished with all of the amenities that you require.
Bathroom - Good size bathroom with a walk in shower, sink, toilet and radiator. Bath, face and hand towels are available for all our guests.
Terrace - Our guests will have their own private terrace where they can relax outdoors with an outdoor seating area.

Terms and Conditions for Serviced Accommodation
Welcome guest. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they contain important information about your rights and obligations. By booking and staying in our serviced accommodation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Reservation
• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by ourselves
• A valid credit card is required to secure a booking with Neo Lets.
• We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or other specified payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Cancellations that are 3 weeks or more before check in will be eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 weeks before check-in will incur a 50% charge.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In
• Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards.
• Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Check-Out
• Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
• Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges.
Occupancy
• Only the number of persons stated in the booking confirmation may occupy the accommodation.
• Neo Lets reserves the right to refuse entry to additional guests.
Use of Accommodation
Guest Conduct
• Guests must conduct themselves appropriately and respect the rights of other guests and neighbours.
• The accommodation must not be used for any illegal or commercial purposes.
• Drugs on the premises are prohibited and you will be asked to leave the apartment if anything has been found in your possession.
• This is a non smoking apartment, but you are able to smoke in the patio area which is a designated smoking area for our guests.
Damage and Liability
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the accommodation or its contents during their stay.
• The Company reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for any damage or missing items.
Services and Facilities
Housekeeping
• Housekeeping services are provided at an additional cost of £40.00 per clean and this would include changing the bed sheets, linen and towels while also giving the entire apartment and the outside a thorough clean.
Internet and Utilities
• Complimentary Wi-Fi and utilities (water, electricity & gas) are included in the accommodation rate.
• A 42inch smart television is also available in the property with all Freeview channels available as well as Netflix.
Safety and Security
• Guests must ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked when leaving the accommodation.
• The Company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Privacy Policy
• The Company respects the privacy of its guests and handles all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing the accommodation services.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
• Any complaints regarding the accommodation should be reported to the Company as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to address and resolve the issue.
• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
Amendments
• Neo Lets reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments will be posted on the Company's website and will be effective immediately.
